Come as you are to a gentle, compassionate, without judgment Yoga practice. Whether you have ever taken a yoga class or not, Yoga can be part of your solution to stress, and an opportunity for self-care, to turn inward for some quiet time for yourself to connect with your body, and spirit through breath and movement. Classes are by donation. Suggested donation $5 – $15 per class
